The Africa Climate Summit 2023, a cornerstone event addressing the continent’s environmental challenges, brought together a diverse array of stakeholders fluent in English, French, Arabic, Portuguese, and Spanish. We had eight breakout rooms accommodating 100 to 250 participants each, the need for precise communication solutions was paramount.
At AVSIE Rental, we orchestrated a symphony of communication, seamlessly coordinating interpretation services for the breakout sessions. Through a collaborative effort with other SIE providers, our meticulous planning, execution, and ability to work in collaborative pursuits ensured that delegates could engage fully, whether in small group discussions or larger presentations.
